“Pursue Excellence”

Happy Holidays

As 2023 comes to a close, we hope you are spending time with family and friends. We’re reflecting on a busy year and are showing gratitude for our accomplishments, which wouldn’t be possible without the loving support of our families. Have a wonderful holiday season and a great start to 2024.

We are grateful to have recently spent time with our colleagues and their families celebrating the holiday season. It’s always a nice feeling to come together as one ICM family at the end of a successful year.

Congrats to our teams for winning both a Silver ACE award and a Bronze ACE award from AGC Colorado. The Silver went to the team that worked on the Hopi Detention Center in rural Arizona and the Bronze went to the team that worked to expand the Concourse A escalators at Denver International Airport. Great work all around, and we’re always honored for our projects to be featured among some of the best in Colorado.

ICM #2 on the Denver Business Journal Fast 50 List

We took the second spot on the Denver Business Journal’s list of fastest-growing Denver-area private companies in the large category. The Fast 50 list is ranked by percentage change in revenue from 2020 to 2022. Congrats, team!

ICM Employees Featured in Welding Journal

Vince Staff, ICM’s Shop Manager in Commerce City, wrote an article for Welding Journal about our fantastic intern Juliana Cruth. Juliana is a senior at Erie High School, and she came to ICM after attending a section meeting. Read the full article here.

Overhauling a Chilled Water Line at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station

We were hired to replace the chilled water piping system that’s used to keep the 11 interior buildings cool that make up the Colorado Springs-based Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station. The project took extensive pre-planning, consistent communication and creative problem solving to overcome the tight spaces we had to work within. Due to the high-security nature of the client, our team had to be particularly diligent with planning and communication. Huge kudos to our project managers on this project, Scott Whittlef and Abram Herrera.
